Harrison D. Helmer founded Ashley Investment Group to provide investors with stable cash flow and long term capital appreciation through the strategic acquisition and management of premier manufactured home communities. He actively participates in the acquisition and management of all assets purchased by the Ashley management team
Harrison D. Helmer founded Ashley Investment Group to provide investors with stable cash flow and long term capital appreciation through the strategic acquisition and management of premier manufactured home communities. He actively participates in the acquisition and management of all assets purchased by the Ashley management team and its partners. Harrison has been involved in the ownership and management of manufactured home communities throughout his career. Prior to founding Ashley Investment Group. Harrison began his real estate career in the 80′s as a real estate broker and an investor where he managed all aspects of acquisition and residential asset management. Harrison has trained extensively under mentor and business coach Steve Steadele who is a seasoned commercial real estate investor and broker.
